It is his hands-on experience of 40years in all aspects of real estate development, focused & time bound approach, motivation and vision; that converts every venture into a successful landmark. His business acumen and professional background, vast knowledge of various real estate policies and laws and his in-depth understanding have brought him a lot of accolades from various trade associations of which he is a well-deserving life member and has served as a committee member.

Naresh B. Chheda

Managing Director
This young director is a real estate wizard, with expertise in land acquisition. His commendable skill lies in effortlessly dealing with tenants/occupants on a daily basis with ingenuity that inspires trust. He believes in going the extra mile for the sake of customer satisfaction and possesses a philanthropic approach when it comes to ‘HUMAN TOUCH.’ Not every person can touch excellence with their entrepreneurship and organizational skills like Mr Chheda. His dedicated performance and ‘More Action Than Dream’ attitude has brought in discipline and stability to the Group. He believes in action and often acts as an umbrella in critical situations, swiftly taking necessary steps in dealing with challenges and strikes the perfect balance for branding and creating goodwill.

He is one of the youngest entrepreneurs to win and successfully complete large-scale redevelopment projects, the latest one being Award Winning Jade Gardens near MIG Club, BKC, Mumbai and many more in the making. He has played a huge role in building organization and resources for handling futuristic demands. His research in product mix and design along with continuous market studies has ensured that Happy Home remains in tune with changing market trends. Equipped with commendable presentation skills and understanding customer needs, he is a very popular face of Happy Home.
