Jade Gardens, a seventeen story skyscraper sets a precedent for the real estate industry to follow. Jade Gardens’ has achieved ‘Platinum Rating Certification Award’ under ‘Green Society Rating System’ from ‘Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). It is the first society in India to achieve platinum rating in the residential category with highest credit points for its excellent sustainability features.

While development is often considered to be indirectly proportional to sustainable environment, Jade Garden is one such marvel that has broken this belief. The exemplary state-of-the-art features that form a part of Jade Garden include, water recycling and reuse that saves about 30% to 40% of water, rain water harvesting, energy efficient technology by using solar energy to power more than 50% of the appliances, solar water heating systems, green spaces on roofs, tree shading,

Braille and audio systems in the lifts and a system of organic waste management along with other lifestyle amenities like a children’s play area, gymnasium with Jacuzzi, a jogging track and a community hall. Additionally, this project has been built with the use of modern technology like autoclaved light-weight blocks for masonry, fly ash in concrete, high-tech 24X7 surveillance systems and premium grade fire-fighting equipment. The 35kw solar heating plant saves about 60,000 unites of energy annually, decreasing the emission of carbon dioxide into the environment by 35 tons.
